I'm learning Russian currently and trying to read some books in Russian too to help, but I'm stuck on a short paragraph. Any help will be really good :)

A tam zanato, k sozaleniju (which I have as: And there ??, unfortunalty)

nu esli vi podskajite ya naydu tam sebe mesto kakoe nibut (which has got me totally: well if we ? I find there to itself ?????)

There is some more but I've nearly got that with online translators even though they are quite poor..
