По идее, его можно "заказать" в DMV офисе. Когда я с кем-то разговаривала о чем-то подобном, все что было у людей на руках - это вопросник с ответами на русском, а не сами правила. В русском издании "Атланта Желтые страницы"( назывался этот журнал как-то так) они были.

Официального сборника правил на русском я не видела, интересно на него было бы посмотреть, если он существует..

i would not suggest that anyone try to pass an exam in russian. I had an opportunity to look into the answers and found the anwers do not match. if memory serves right they had "stop directly under the stop light" as a answer to the question "where do you stop at a stop light"? and "stop line" answer was not correct to name one.

I've heard about wrong answers. My wife failed test in russian 7 years ago. Then on the next week she did good in english version. My father in law did good in russian exam two months ago.
