Take a look at phone cards from RussianAtlanta.net at (http://phonecards.russianatlanta.net/)

I like Continental card for calls to Russia -- 4.5c/minute and no fees.  Great features like PINless dialing, speed-dial, SMS dialing, etc.  You can buy a card for as little as $5.00 and try it.  Some people also like Bizon Card, 3.9c/min, but less features.  The rates and quality beats anything else I tried.
