George Carlin loved life, his country and even people more than 98% of the world's population because he gave a f*ck! I was deeply saddened when I learned about his death. I loved the guy for his brutal honesty, for his charisma, for his ability to find humor in everything, even death, for the warmth of his soul that transcended the harsh realities of life. George Carlin found room in the heart of this Russian, and he'll always be remembered by me as one of the greatest comedians and humans who graced this planet with his presence.

Based on the last 2 posts, and the fact that I really didn't know much about George Carlin to begin with (like George, I like to push the envelope and see what happens), let me just raise a glass of Absolute Vodka, and recommend that we all live life to the fullest every day.   This shot is for George!

The first instance of what we would call 'humanity' appeared about 50 thousand years ago and using estimates about birth rates, around 110 billion people have ever lived, leaving about 5% of the total population ever alive being still around today (and making around 100 billion dead people, in round numbers).

So, if you are saying I can't talk bad about 100 billion dead people...well,  then that kinda limits me.  Like I said, isn't the goal to differentiate yourself from all the others?  I bet Georgy thought so.

I guess I don't really believe in religion or superstition or mysticism.   When you are dead, you are dead.  And living ain't much fun either.  NOt that there isn't such a thing as bad luck.  But it's just a set of circumstances that don't go your way leading you to think there is something out there against you (paranoia).  In truth, we are all dealing with the Pie Concept - we are all fighing for a bigger piece of the same pie - though in this economy we are fighting to keep our piece from shrinking less fast than say...you.

In any case, f*ck George.  lol.  just kidding!  (just in case I'm wrong).
